Seduction and Calling in: Enrolling others to happily join you in ongoing Activism, Organizing, and Disruption.

Energy Cleansing: Bypassing Fear, Anxiety, and Overwhelm through the Energetic Body.

Self-Defense 101: Protecting your Attention and Avoiding Useless and Violent Battles of all kinds, and stepping in confidently.

I'm a Certified Coach (CPCC) and "Front of the Room Leader" (Coaching Teacher) at CTI who's been hired as a Master Coach with Presidential Candidate Marianne Williamson and Feminist Rabble-rouser "Mama Gena".

I have a Black Belt in Nature-Based Martial Arts. Aries Sun. Enneagram 4. INFP. If you know you know. If not... all good.

Bottom line - I've been doing this work for a long time. Over 20 years. This means I have a deep and intimate relationship with the dreams and terrors of Women and I know what I'm doing.

I love to dance around in my lingerie AND know this is not enough to disrupt the systems that want to erase and silence us.

I've done a lot of cool shit.
